We're looking for a Client Services Agent in our Wilmington, NC office. The position calls for an individual with initiative and an ability to adapt and learn while working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The CSA candidate will possess the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with a wide range of customers in a manner which shows sensitivity, patience, tact, and professionalism while displaying attention to detail and accuracy In your work. As a CSA, your primary responsibility is to manage the application process to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Learn and work within our proprietary loan underwriting and processing system
  • Help answer questions specific to customer needs via phone (inbound or outbound) or emails
  • Reconcile data discrepancies
  • Verify information and process applications
  • Identify fraudulent documents
  • Verify information and process applications
  • Listen, analyze, and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and positive relationships within a team environment
  • Provide feedback to management for ideas on process improvement
  • Periodically, perform system testing and validation
  • Other duties as assigned

Information Security

All NewLine employees and third-parties with administrative or privileged technical access to NewLine production systems and networks shall complete security awareness training at the time of hire and annually thereafter. NewLine employee responsibilities pertaining to the security and access to records and include:

  • Complying with state and federal laws or regulations regarding access to and use of information
  • Always operating within the NewLine/ITWorks system when conducting NewLine business
  • Keeping technology accounts secure by not sharing privileges (passwords) with others
